April's show went back to our roots at the Hen and Chickens and featured:

DAME JAYNE
MC

The Dame won the ultimate accolade in 1968 following her Oscar for playing The Queen in the film The Conspiracy after only 8 seconds on screen. She has also won a Tony, BAFTA, Olivier, Golden Raspberry and a Soap Award, amongst many more. She can't remember what any of these were for, but they are propping up her television. After a colourful career and personal life spanning 70 years, she disappeared into obscurity for 10 years until her comeback in 2005 with the show Dame Jayne: An Obituary and the follow-up show Dame Jayne's Lessons in Love. Since then, she has been charitable enough to appear in many fringe venues in order to share her wealth of experience and knowledge with the lovely little new-comers to this business we call show. She can do anything, really, and will do it if you ask nicely and if it amuses her.

The Dame likes: to put the letters ione on the end of words. e.g. Conversatione. She dislikes: Smells.
